Missing Strike tokens when sending to Kucoin from Spend app

I sent 103.14 Strike (ID: 431642) from my spend app and 99.6 arrived at the Kucoin exchange after the 0.75 fee is considered. Kucoin did not deduct anything for the deposit.

What happened to the missing tokens?

Thanks Mac. It was been now 4 days since I sent them an e-mail via support and no response. Is that normal? Rather unnerving.
